Mike has been developing websites and digital systems for more than 30 years and has been part of the Just Digital team since 2010. With experience across front end and back end development, hosting, databases and technical support, he’s worked on hundreds of projects for businesses across a wide range of industries.

As Technical Manager, Mike leads the development team and plays a key role in bringing websites to life. From planning new builds and developing bespoke functionality to solving technical issues and supporting clients after launch, he’s involved at every stage of the process.

One of Mike’s biggest strengths is his ability to make complex technical challenges feel straightforward. He’s methodical, approachable and always focused on finding the right solution, whether that’s improving performance, fixing an issue or developing something completely new.

Technology is constantly changing, which is one of the things Mike enjoys most about the role. There’s always something new to learn, a different challenge to solve or a better way of doing things, and that curiosity has helped keep Just Digital’s technical offering moving forward.

Away from the office, Mike enjoys 3D printing and is usually working on a new project at home. Unsurprisingly, he’s also the person friends, family and colleagues call whenever something technical needs fixing.
