Industry-leading tools we trust
PPC AT JUST DIGITAL.
Paid advertising gives you the opportunity to appear when potential customers are already searching for what your business offers.
The challenge is making sure you’re appearing for the right searches, with the right message and a budget that’s being spent where it can make a difference.
At Just Digital, we manage PPC campaigns for businesses in Wigan and across the UK. As a Google Partner, we work across Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max and YouTube, alongside Microsoft Ads where it makes sense for the campaign.
We start by understanding what you want the advertising to achieve and what a valuable result actually looks like for your business. From there, we can build or restructure campaigns, manage targeting and continually review performance to understand what’s generating opportunities and where budget could be better used.
You’ll know what’s happening too. We believe you should be able to understand where your money is going, what we’re working on and why we’re recommending the next change.
PPC SERVICES.
Different campaigns serve different purposes.
We choose the formats and targeting around what you're trying to achieve rather than using every option simply because it's available.
Google Ads
Be There when They Search
Search campaigns put your ads in front of people entering relevant searches into Google, with keywords and targeting managed around the opportunities that matter to your business.
Shopping Campaigns
Put Products In The Results
For Ecommerce businesses, Shopping campaigns can show products and pricing directly within Google, supported by properly managed product feeds.
Performance Max
Work Across Google
Performance Max uses Google's advertising inventory across multiple channels. We manage the campaign around clear goals, suitable assets and the data available.
Display Advertising
Stay In The Picture
Display campaigns can keep your business visible across websites and other placements, including when people are still researching or considering their options.
YouTube Advertising
Reach People Through Video
YouTube campaigns use video to reach selected audiences across the platform, whether the aim is wider awareness or supporting another stage of the customer journey.
Microsoft Ads
Look Beyond Google
Microsoft Advertising can provide another route into paid search audiences where the platform and available opportunity make sense for your business.
PPC Audits
See Where Things Can Improve
We review existing PPC accounts to understand how campaigns are structured, where budget is being spent and where there may be opportunities to improve.
Campaign Optimisation
Keep Improving Performance
We regularly review campaign data, search terms, targeting and budget to identify changes that could improve performance over time.
REAL CAMPAIGNS. REAL DATA.
REAL RESULTS.
Paid advertising gives us plenty to measure, but the numbers that matter depend on what the campaign is there to achieve.
Explore some of the campaigns we've worked on and see how paid advertising has supported real business goals.
BE THERE WHEN SOMEBODY IS ALREADY LOOKING.
One of the strengths of paid search is the ability to reach people at the moment they’re expressing an interest through what they search for.
That doesn’t mean every click is equally valuable.
We research keywords and review the actual searches triggering your ads, helping us understand which ones are producing useful traffic and which could be spending budget without moving the campaign forward.
We also look at targeting, adverts and bids alongside what happens after somebody clicks, so decisions aren’t being made on traffic alone.
The aim is to focus your advertising on searches that make sense for the business behind the campaign and the results you’re trying to generate.
EVERY CLICK COSTS SOMETHING.
Shopping campaigns can put your products and prices directly into Google’s results, but visibility alone doesn’t tell us whether the campaign is doing its job.
We look at what happens after those clicks.
That means reviewing which products are attracting traffic, where budget is being spent and whether that activity is translating into worthwhile sales. We also manage the product feeds behind the campaigns through Google Merchant Centre, helping make sure Google has the information it needs to advertise your products.
For Ecommerce businesses, the goal isn’t simply to get more products seen. It’s to use the available budget where it has the best opportunity to contribute to meaningful sales.
GOOGLE CAN AUTOMATE.
IT STILL NEEDS A GOAL.
Performance Max uses automation to place ads across Google’s advertising inventory, but giving the platform more control doesn’t remove the need for good campaign management.
The information going in still matters.
We manage Performance Max around clear business goals, suitable creative assets and the campaign data available. As performance develops, we review what the campaign is producing and whether that activity lines up with the results we’re trying to achieve.
Automation can do plenty of the heavy lifting, but it needs something useful to work towards. Our job is to make sure the campaign has that direction and to keep a close eye on what comes back.
NOT EVERY DECISION HAPPENS ON THE FIRST VISIT.
People don’t always enquire or buy the first time they come across your business. They might still be researching, comparing their options or simply not be ready to make a decision yet.
Display advertising gives us another way to keep your business visible during that process.
Campaigns can place visual ads across websites and other placements within Google’s Display Network, with targeting shaped around the audience you’re trying to reach and the role the campaign needs to play.
That could mean building awareness or reconnecting with people who have already visited your website. Either way, we’ll use Display where it has a clear reason to be part of the wider campaign.
GIVE PEOPLE A REASON TO PAY ATTENTION.
Video gives you more room to show what your business does, introduce a product or get a message across in a way that a search ad can’t.
YouTube advertising lets us put that content in front of selected audiences across the platform.
We plan campaigns around who you’re trying to reach and what you want them to do next, rather than treating views as the result on their own. Depending on the goal, YouTube can support wider awareness or play a role alongside other paid campaigns as people move closer to making a decision.
The creative matters too. If you’re starting without the right footage, our visual media team can help create video content with the campaign in mind.
GOOGLE ISN'T THE ONLY SEARCH ENGINE THAT MATTERS.
Google takes a large share of the attention in paid search, but it isn’t the only place people look for products and services.
Microsoft Advertising gives businesses another way to reach search audiences across Microsoft’s network. Whether it deserves part of your budget depends on the people you’re trying to reach and the opportunity available.
We’ll look at the campaign, audience and performance data before deciding where Microsoft Ads fits. If there’s a worthwhile opportunity, we can manage it alongside your other paid search activity and review its contribution in the same way.
We won’t add another advertising platform simply for the sake of being there. It needs to have a reason to earn part of your budget.
FIND OUT WHERE YOUR BUDGET COULD BE WORKING HARDER.
If your PPC campaigns are already running but the results aren’t where you expected them to be, an audit can help us understand what’s happening inside the account.
We review how campaigns are structured, where budget is being spent and whether targeting, search terms or tracking deserve closer attention.
That can uncover wasted spend, missed opportunities or areas where the data isn’t giving you a clear enough picture of performance.
You don’t need to start again for the sake of it. A PPC audit gives us a clearer view of what’s working, what could be improved and where your attention could be better focused next.
COMMON PPC QUESTIONS.
Here are some of the questions we're often asked by businesses considering
paid search advertising.
How quickly can PPC generate results?
Paid ads can begin appearing once a campaign has been approved and launched, but the time it takes to generate meaningful results varies. Performance depends on factors including the market, budget, targeting and what the campaign is trying to achieve. We'll review the data as it develops rather than promising a fixed timeframe.
How much should I spend on PPC?
There isn't one PPC budget that suits every business. Competition, search demand and the value of a conversion can all affect what is realistic. We'll discuss your goals and the available opportunity before recommending an appropriate starting budget.
Do you only manage Google Ads?
No. Google Ads is a major part of our PPC service, and we also work with Microsoft Advertising. Just Digital has a separate Paid Social service for advertising across social media platforms.
Can you audit my existing PPC campaigns?
Yes. We can review existing campaigns to understand how they're structured, where budget is being spent and whether there are areas that deserve further attention. An audit can be useful if you're already advertising but aren't confident you're getting enough from the account.
Will I own my advertising account?
We'll agree how the account is set up and managed with you before work begins, so you know what access you'll have and how the campaign will be handled.
