Georgia joined Just Digital in 2021 as a Junior SEO Executive and quickly became an important part of the team. With a background in paid search, SEO and business operations, she’s since progressed into the role of Operations Manager, where she oversees the day-to-day running of the agency and supports the team behind the scenes.

With seven years of experience across marketing and operations, Georgia brings a practical, organised approach to everything she does. From improving internal processes and managing workloads to supporting colleagues and helping projects run smoothly, she’s always looking for ways to make the agency work more efficiently.

Her experience in digital marketing means she understands how each department fits together, making it easier to keep projects moving and ensure clients receive the high standard of service Just Digital is known for. She’s also committed to helping the team develop, creating an environment where people feel supported, organised and able to do their best work.

Around the office, Georgia is often the person bringing everyone together for a quick catch-up or checking in to make sure nothing has been missed. She’s approachable, organised and always happy to help, whether it’s solving a problem or simply making time for a conversation.

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys Pilates, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of a well-earned weekend.
